FixtureFeed Terms of Service
These terms cover FixtureFeed: the API, the portal at fixturefeed.seliontech.com, and the licences you buy for them. By buying a licence or using FixtureFeed, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Who we are
FixtureFeed is run by Selion Technologies Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England & Wales under company number 14970964, at Allia Future Business Centre Building 1, King's Hedges Road, Cambridge, England, CB4 2HY. You can reach us at fixturefeed at seliontech.com.
"You" means the person or organisation that buys the licence and holds the account.
What you get
Each licence gives you read-only API access to the fixtures and results of one football club, covering every team at that club. With each licence you can create up to 5 API keys. Use of the API is subject to rate limits.
If you need more than one club, buy a licence for each. They can all sit on the same account.
You can check which clubs are covered on the club list before you buy. You don't need to sign in to see it.
Using the data
You can use the data you get through FixtureFeed wherever you like, including showing it publicly on your club's website or app.
As the key holder, you're responsible for how the data is used, both by you and by anyone using your keys.
Keeping your keys safe
Treat your licence key and API keys like passwords. Keep them secret, and if one leaks, revoke it in the portal straight away.
You're responsible for anything done with keys you've created.
Price and billing
A licence costs £2.99 a month per club. No VAT is charged, so £2.99 is the whole price.
You pay monthly through Stripe, and your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time through the billing portal. Your access carries on until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops.
We don't give refunds, including for part months.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you keep access for 7 days after your paid-through date. If the payment still hasn't gone through by then, your access stops.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- try to get around rate limits or licence limits, or
- abuse or overload the service.
Suspending access
We can suspend your access if you don't pay, or if you misuse FixtureFeed.
Where the data comes from
FixtureFeed works with FA Full-Time. The match data is copied from the public Full-Time website as it's published there. That means it can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we don't guarantee that it's accurate or that the service will always be available.
FixtureFeed isn't affiliated with or endorsed by The Football Association.
Our liability
FixtureFeed is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from FixtureFeed or these terms is limited to the amount you've actually paid us for FixtureFeed.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if we were told it might happen.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll email account owners about it. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
